I’m a qualified, NCPS accredited counsellor.  I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you don’t have to mask, perform, or pretend you’re okay. My approach is calm, compassionate, and conversational. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s going on for you at your own pace, with no pressure or judgement. I offer gentle challenge too, encouraging self-reflection while always respecting your autonomy.
