I offer completely flexible counselling to fit in with your life and budget; online or in-person.
My practice is integrative, which means I try to tailor my approach to each individual client. I offer emotional support as we work through your depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, work or relationship difficulties. You bring your material to a 50-minute weekly/fortnightly or monthly session, and we will work through it together. I offer a comfortable setting in my home in Sheffield – totally private and safe. I am also happy to work online or by phone. I will consider local visits for the elderly or disabled. My rate is £40 per session. I offer concessions to students or to those who are in receipt of benefit.
