Since 2018, I’ve been guiding clients through a holistic eating program, using methods such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), positive psychology, and behavioural science to help you break free from addictive patterns and foster healthier relationships with  – essentially – ourselves, and finally with food. I provide deep, transformative support for a wide range of issues, from addiction to personal growth.

I also believe in the powerful healing effects of nature, which I’ve seen time and again in my work. Co-founding the Derbyshire Well-being Trust during the pandemic deepened my understanding of the importance of community and mental health. With a compassionate, client-centred approach, I help people find inner peace, break free from limiting patterns, and create lasting change.
