Trained in Humanistic Existential counselling, I’m a registered counsellor who uses an integrative approach to dealing with suffering in all its forms. I draw on existential analysis, solution-focused practices, evolutionary psychology, and ancient philosophy and wisdom, working with a pace and structure you’re comfortable with. 

We’ll work collaboratively towards the insight and clarity needed to live with purpose and confidence. Whether it’s developing targeted practical strategies to address immediate issues or cultivating your own personal philosophy and sense of meaning: we’ll work together to help you towards a fulfilling life which aligns with your values, beliefs and goals.
