I have been a qualified existential psychotherapist for the last fifteen years working in private practice as well as being a module leader and supervisor at Regent’s University, London. Before embarking on my psychotherapy training, I was in senior management in the corporate world, so I understand many of the stresses and strains of the corporate world.
As an existential phenomenological therapist, I put relationships at the heart of the work together, including the therapeutic relationship. We all grapple with our choices and their consequences and together we can explore these in the spirit of curiosity and not judgement. As an existential therapist, I also explore the values and meaning in a person’s life and what might be at the heart of any current unease or suffering. I show compassion and understanding and honour the choices of the client.
