I understand therapy as an activity in three domains: healing, personal growth and spiritual awakening. This follows from my practice as an integrative psychotherapist, based largely on existentialist, psychoanalytic and Jungian insights. A powerful endeavour that could, variously, lead you to a greater sense of peace in your daily living, a promotion at work, richer relationships, or a greater sense of connection with the universe. The curious thing is that from a place of struggle, doubt and pain we can not only learn to contain these experiences but then discover a world beyond them. This work happens through a range of emotional, cognitive, embodied and relational experiences/efforts. We examine your past, your life’s context and your present, with a view to helping you face the future with resilience. If you’re willing to work hard we might just be the right fit for each other.
