I work with adults and young people (15+), specialising in trauma, body image problems (including eating disorders), relationship issues (such as communication, boundaries, dealing with conflict) and mood disturbance, such as anxiety. I also have expertise in supporting people to improve performance in specific areas, such as career or sport.

As a Counselling Psychologist since 2009, my work is dedicated to support people re-write unhelpful patterns and to re-discover their strength and resiliency through deeper self awareness.

I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities to meet clients’ needs including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapy, and somatic approaches.
