I am a male-centred therapist with postgraduate training in male psychology, offering a space where men can speak openly without judgement or pressure. My approach recognises that many men experience stress, anxiety, anger, low mood, relationship difficulties, or emotional exhaustion in ways that are often misunderstood or overlooked. Alongside a male-focused understanding, I also use evidence-based therapies such as CBT to help clients develop practical strategies, emotional awareness, and lasting change.
