I run my private practice from my therapy room in Sevenoaks but also offer walk and talk session in three locations in the beautiful Sevenoaks countryside and online. I offer a free 30 minute initial telephone call and charge £60 for sessions thereafter. I provide a warm space to explore your past, present or future, which may help you understand how you have got to where you are today and how to make the changes you want going forward. Coming to counselling is an opportunity to be heard without judgement, prejudice or agenda and be valued for the unique person you are. When we feel understood by another person we often start to value ourselves and this can open up the possibility for growth and change.
