As a counsellor, I work from a psychodynamic and integrative perspective, taking an holistic approach that recognises the interconnection between mind, body and spirit; the whole story of who we are. Together, we will explore how early experiences and wider influences of society shape how we think, feel and relate to ourselves and others, sometimes in patterns that may limit our happiness or sense of fulfilment.
My way of working is flexible, attentive and collaborative. Rather than following a fixed approach, I focus on what feels most supportive and meaningful for you at each stage of your journey as therapy should be a restorative process that creates space for understanding, growth and change.
