I am Tasha Rose, a qualified integrative therapist – this means I offer a range of therapies that can be tailored to your needs. My approach involves person centred counselling (the talking therapy), cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), compassion focused therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused, value focused, and more. If you choose to work with me, we will work to find ways of coping for the here and now, whilst also addressing the root cause of your challenges so that you can find freedom and balance.
I have experience working with various demographic groups and presenting issues which range from men’s and women’s issues, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, self identity/identity crisis, resilience building, grief & losses, spirituality/religion, spiritual/religious crisis, and issues that overlap with these. I appreciate that looking for a therapist can be overwhelming, which is why I offer a free telephone consultation – here you can get a general sense if you’d like to book. You have the option of face to face and online sessions. My therapy room is based just off Junction 33 of the M6, and there is a regular bus route between Lancaster city centre and Garstang.
